KDC Lead Negotiator
Michelle Miller is a member of Daylu Dena Council and has been working with Kaska Dena Council since 2000. Michelle resided in Lower Post during her adolescent years and moved from her community to further her education.
Michelle received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from UNBC in 2015, and recently attended an Indigenous Governance Program in Tucson, Arizona, which was a confirmation for Michelle that Nations need to start rebuilding their Nations through strong and accountable governance structures and practices.
Michelle acted as the KDC Treaty Coordinator from 2015 to 2018. In addition to holding the position of Lead Negotiator for KDC, Michelle is President of Chee Ventures Limited, is on the Board of Directors for Eagle Path Ventures Ltd., and is the Kaska technical representative for the 3 Nations Society.
