Kaska Collaboration Agreement

The purpose of the Kaska Collaboration Agreement (KCA), signed by the five Kaska Dena Nations in October 2011, is to provide a practical and legally binding agreement among the communities and citizens of the Kaska Nation to facilitate the negotiation and implementation of agreements with proponents pursuing resource development projects located within or adjacent to, Kaska Traditional Territory including mining, forestry, energy, oil & gas, and the Alaska Highway Pipeline.
